It was a 3 stage process which included meeting the MD and a presentation. I was definitely put through my paces but meeting my future management team left me with a positive impression. All came across as approachable, sincere, professional and friendly which put me at ease and ensured I was not too stressed during the interviews. After the interviews I felt Pulse was an organisation I wanted to work for and the team were people I wanted to work with. Since joining I have been proved right, it was the right company to join and be a part of.
