You need to demonstrate strong technical depth - the bar is similar to what's expected from a senior engineer in design discussions. The interviewers were thorough and clearly very experienced in evaluating leadership potential.

Really good experience overall. They provided prep materials beforehand so I could come ready with talking points. The atmosphere was comfortable and casual, which made it easy to have genuine conversations. Working with talented people who are deeply invested in AI innovation was refreshing.
