Waste of time! First interview was technical and it was expected the second interview would consist of a “challenge” in which I wound provide a detailed proposal a new company intranet. It was explained I would need to present this along with any slides, diagrams etc in 45 mins so I spent a good deal of time doing this since it seemed this wild be the entire second interview. Instead the second interview was more technical questions from the panel and I had to squeeze in what I did for the challenge in 10mins! Waste of my time
