Applied in the store and was referred by a friend. Called into the store by store manager to interview. Basic questions about my behaviors and past experience. Why I would be a good fit, etc. Was hired on the spot and asked when I could start. They did a drug test and set up a date for orientation. Entire process took roughly a month

Very short and easy interview. The interview only lasted about five minutes and they asked me about how I would handle certain situations. After the interview, they called me a few days later and offered me a job.

Sat down with a manager within the store. Answered various questions regarding employment and qualifications. As well as what exactly it takes to work the company and how I would be fitting in with the company.
