The application and interview process is very streamlined. If they schedule you for an interview then they want to hire you. Just dress conservatively and try not to talk too much. Research the company in places like this before the interview.

Entrevista
It took a while but it was very long and easy I must say then they put me on the job the next day. The job sometimes can be challenging depending on the type of customer you get some can be basic and easy and some can be hard and challenging
Interview was a mix of generic questions like strengths and weaknesses and reliability questions and that kind of thing and then more specific questions about my experience with the specific job.
