There was a bonus mentioned, but because you're expected to work 45 hour work weeks instead of the standard 40, it literally amounted to them not adding a bonus. You also have to play more than one role as you are the lead programmer and the business analyst writing the requirements for yourself and the team. The days set aside for holiday and vacation were pretty low in comparison to other Lakeland opportunities and especially those outside of Florida. I got a sense that they were hesitant to modernize.
