One on one call with recruiter
60-90 minute timed (per question) multi-choice exam about things like which way a shape will render once you've rotated it
One group interview about programming and requirements gathering background
Another group interview because a guy wasn't able to make the group interview originally, and he asked all of the same questions I answered in the original one. He had some snide remarks and made comments about the actual work needed to be done (didn't match the description or earlier interview) that I was later told were there "to see how you'd handle it"
The benefits package was the worst I've ever seen. The net pay was substantially decreased because of the insurance premiums and the 401k/stock options would have been the worst at anywhere I've worked. There was a bonus mentioned, but because you're expected to work 45 hour work weeks instead of the standard 40, it literally amounted to them not adding a bonus. You also have to play more than one role as you are the lead programmer and the business analyst writing the requirements for yourself and the team.
The days set aside for holiday and vacation were pretty low in comparison to other Lakeland opportunities and especially those outside of Florida. I got a sense that they were hesitant to modernize.
