You have to apply in store at a kiosk. I introduced myself to the manager at the time to get a name to a face. I got luck and was at a different publix and introduced myself there as well and they called me that afternoon to set up an interview.

They asked what I think publix strives to be successful at.
They asked me whether I knew how to do things outside of bagging and restocking when I clearly stated I was only going to do bagging or restocking shelves with the desired items.

They asked if I could cut a sandwich in half efficiently and quickly
They weren’t hiring anymore minors at the time didn’t want to proceed with interview. My son needed a summer job and they stated they hired as many minors as they could.

Entrevista
Interview was brief. Questions were simple and easy to understand. Overall well-paced and well constructed. Interviewer was nice. Everything was good. Some questions were slightly tricky but overall good interview.
