The interview was organized in an orderly fashion. They had asked me what my goals, strengths and weaknesses were. I had a one to one interview with both the assistant and manager at Publix in Miami, Florida. After the interview they drug tested me and did a backround test and I was ready for the pre-training.

It was laid back and the store manager gave me an great idea about the company and why it is a great place to work. They asked why I wanted to work for this company, and what can I bring to this company.

Entrevista
The interviewer was very friendly and personable. The interview was more like a friendly conversation. I got the job on the spot. I enjoyed working for this company and the other employees work as a team.
Easy. Straight forward. They ask about you and your flexibility and then tell you what they are looking for. To be honest if you seem like a hard worker they will make you an offer.
