I had a telephonic interview, which lasted for well above one hour. It was mainly on evaluating Technical competence. I scored cent percent on all technical question. I was then called for a personal interview which lasted for 4 hours. After a week I called up HR and asked for the decision. She told me that still they are debating - and confirmed that I am still under consideration. Another week or two passed by and then she informed me that they have not selected me. After a month I received an email stating that they have another similar position open and if I am interested. I applied on their website. I was interviewed on technical aspect for an hour over the phone. My performance was cent percent - but still I was rejected. I wonder if they really employing people directly - Maybe if you go through some agency then probably you stand a chance.
