Interview process was great! They really try to get to know you on a personal level. They also are very honest about the process. The best way to describe this is you are starting your own business. You are going to need connections and be a peoples person.

Very easy process. One round virtual and then two in person with the regional hiring manager. Very conversational and laid back. The second in person interview was mostly going over information regarding the commission structure
Thorough and quick, though consistent contact was a bit of an issue. I was a bit confused about time and the employee did not show up to the first scheduled interview, as there was a bit of a gap with regards to communication.
