A little long but definitely worth the process. Worse part of interview was meeting with the CEO and board via video conference. Even that was great and welcoming but if you have never done that it can be overwhelming but the VP was great and walks you through what to expect and even sits with you for the first few minutes.

Complete phone interview and possible offer for in-person interview (Schedule as required)
In-Person Interview gives you a week to consider options then calls or sets a second in person
In-Person #2 interview signs docs sets date for board interview typically a month out to get all final application docs and background cleared with HR and State.
Final-Clear background and meet with CEO and board (HR, Trainer and compliance) VP will be in room for few moments before giving you privacy to finish interview.
