Thirty minutes with two people based on company competencies. Then a second interview with one of their managers. Long delays for a decision and then usually a letter that they are pursuing other candidates. Company has great benefits, but the interview processing is a waste. Feedback is packaged and not helpful even though they tell you to ask for feedback - not useful information at all.
