First step : The process starts with an introduction call with the recruiter to introduce herself and the company's working model and ask me about the technical stack I worked with and the expected hourly rate Second Step: it was a 3h technical task on Codeility related to my technical stack containing 3 tasks that were medium and easy difficulty Third step: technical interview was a light interview with no live coding just asking about work practice to ensure seniority level and problem-solving skills The last step: I got an email with the agreed rate and onboarding process
