Applied to Senior Python Engineer role. Two weeks later interview with frivolous recruitment girl. Asked for recruitment stages, got answer about coding challenge. It appeared that the interview was about DevOps Engineer Role, don't know why. As I am too experienced and too old to prove my competencies by coding challenge I was declined in the recruitment process.
