I had 2 interviews, one with the executive director, and a second interview with the executive director and someone from corporate. The first interview with the executive director focused more on myself, my skills and my management styles. The second interview I found out much more about the program and had a tour of the facility. They were in the middle if changing benefits so it was difficult to get a clear picture of what my benefits would be.
