Applied and within a week got an email invitation to do an interview online where you see a question on screen and record yourself answering. The next day I got an email to schedule a phone interview with HR which took about 10 minutes. Then the next week had a phone interview with the two supervisors. The phone interview was about 20 minutes and quite easy. It was more informative for me rather than answering a bunch of questions. Got the call later that day offering me the position.

I was interviewed by the director and the department manager. They asked a lot of questions and I was able to respond to all of it. Every time I answered their questions to me, they nodded. meaning that they like my answer.
