No diversity whatsoever here. More than qualified but not offered job. They are focused on certain race and fit not abilities. Other locations much friendlier . From human resources to all team members during interview no one was pleasant to deal with

Interview was really good, thorough. Asked a lot of questions about scenarios the show team work, critical thinking, safety, deescalation. There was a phone interview and two in person interviews. Tour of the unit

Tell me if a time when you calmed an angry patient
The interview went by smoothly and I felt welcomed during the time. However, I suggest to prepare yourself ahead if unfamiliar with the computer system for a zoom interview. Also, check your speaker, camera, and the internet connection.
