Entrevista
Applicants must interview with many different people, including the director of Community Benefit, the Clinical Manager, and other Mental Health Therapists. Applicants must be fluent in Spanish, even if the job requirement doesn't specify bilingual. Must be able to demonstrate they can work as a team member, and be willing to share an office with several other employees.
The interview process was lengthy- I had three interviews. Providence has recruiters that contact you to schedule your interviews. Although the process was lengthy (about a month) the people that I interacted with along the process were all very nice.

I was asked about my ability to cope/deal with an acute inpatient setting
Behavioral interview...expected questions, but good experience. Some of the questions were ones that I had not encountered before - tell us about a job or employer that you wish you had not worked with and why. Another was, When have you felt most challenged and short of time to complete assigned tasks...and how did you handle the situation.
