Have to pass the robobot questions in their online application process, so be sure to use key words to get to the next step of getting to a recruiter interview. Next step was a panel interview within a couple weeks. It took another 2 weeks to find out if I got the job, but only when I followed up with the recruiter,

1) First interview might be with a recruiter, either a recruiter from a third party agency or an internal recruiter from the organization’s human resources department. They often don’t understand the business analyst role as well as the hiring manager does and so may be looking for specific skills or other personality qualities.
