Hello and thank you for your feedback. We do try to make you feel as comfortable as possible during the interview process, just our nature. To answer your question, we do not hire anyone, we look for not only experience but character and drive also. We have job posting up constantly in some markets because the Entire State is our territory and we still have not filled all of the areas we control with agents. It will take a lot :), and since we do not hire just anyone, we are always looking for the right people. Please also do not forget, because of our development program, as agents get promoted, new agents are needed to fill in those now empty areas. We hope this helps with your concerns. Thank you
