Phone Interview by program manager: Prospecta had multiple needs at client site; engineer was one of them. Their only interest was in a position I was minimally qualified for. He recognized filling the position I wanted & qualified for was an immediate need. He was insistent on my qualifications and was not aware of the daily position requirements.
