The first interview went very well due to the fact that my knowledge and skill was just the type of employee that they were seeking.whatever question was asked I gave a true full answer as to my ability .eg if i had ever driven a Snow Plow and i told her no but I am willing to learn; however I did'nt get any training but I had to learn on the when Winter came and since it had been a piece of cake..
