Initial phone interview. There wasn't much revealed specifically related to the job discussed with regard to how the operation functioned, work environment, etc. Also, there was not discussion about the salary offered until well into the screening. Since I declined moving forward because of the rate of pay, it would have made sense to cover that in the beginning of the discussion.

Great impressions very professional managers seemed very knowledgable and quick with their words. Interview was very nice and upscaled compared to other companies. The area is very nice and looks really safe.
