Very long screening process where they have you talk to the hiring manager, her boss, someone who was in the role and counterpart. Very short interviews with no meaningful questions. After all this was told they were moving on to people more closely aligned to their needs. Very frustrating experience especially because this was a role I could have done with my eyes closed. The least they could do is share why they did not think I was a good fit.
