The lead recruiter at Hasura reached out to me multiple times and seemed genuinely interested in my background. After our initial conversation, he expressed a strong interest in continuing the discussion, and we scheduled a follow-up call. During that call, he told me I would be moving on to the next round and that he would reach out to schedule it. However, he never followed up. I reached out to him, but I was completely ghosted. I understand that sometimes people reassess after a conversation and decide not to move forward — and that’s perfectly fair. What left a particularly sour taste was the lack of closure. Despite emphasizing how important candidate experience and company branding were during our call, he simply ignored me. A brief message or call to let me know they were going in a different direction would have been appreciated. Based on this experience, I wouldn't recommend interviewing with this company.
