Hi, Sad to see that you didn't find our hiring process convenient, we keep it as simple as possible so as to avoid the unnecessary clutter and jump right into the hands-on training once the joining formalities are completed, we are a startup and like to do things at a fast rate, and like most of the startups' people in our company too, (mainly the C-suite executives) wear multiple hats hence sometimes things regarding onboarding/induction might not be as smooth as of an MNC or a big company.
