An internal recruiter will reach out to you regarding setting up a phone interview. They mainly go over the company and the role and ask you questions about your background. Then you move on to the second phase of the process where you have a phone call with the manager you would be potentially working under. THEN, you have to retake a timed test while the recruiter watches you?? Not sure why we had to take it for the first time if we were going to have to do it again. Then for the third step they invite you in to the office where you meet with the team you would be working with. It was a good interview process, don't get me wrong, very fast moving and they definitely need help. However, once you get to that last round you can really see a lot. For example, they say you get a half day on Friday (which yay! sounds exciting in the beginning), but they neglect to inform you that you'll be working 10 hour days in order to get that half day. The job seemed like busy work to me. They also say they give "competitive salaries" but in reality they want to pay you the bare minimum.
