First, they called for a phone interview. The interview was with 3 people. They mostly explained the position and the duties and asked me to explain how I can contribute to the role. The only bad thing was that I could'nt hear them because they were sitting far from the phone! after the phone intervie they called for a face to face interview 2 days after. They were very friendly and the questions were mostly softskill questions.
