Interview was a series of one phone interview, a job shadow, and four in-house interviews. The entire process lasted just over a month. Interview questions were very odd and did not pertain to the job. The fourth interview ended after 10 minutes, which the member interviewing me left the room and never returned after 10 minutes to assist me. I ended up being escorted out of the office by a recruiter. After the fourth interview I decided to look for a better company to work for.
