Me postulé en línea. El proceso tomó 3 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en Project Farma (Chicago, IL) en feb 2019
Entrevista
Pretty standard. They called for a phone interview a few weeks after submitting an application. Then, a second phone interview followed, but they were very unorganized. The specific manager that interviewed me was a little rude and condescending. Starting off with the fact that she spelled my name wrong in the emails (how hard is it to double check?), she was very critical of my status as a new grad.

Me postulé a través de una recomendación de un empleado. Acudí a una entrevista en Project Farma (Virginia Beach, VA) en abr 2025
Entrevista
First interview was chill it was more of explaining what the role entails. Just asked about your experience, interest, and explained the role and pay. It seemed more like an conversation than an interview, kind of like a weeding round.
Three stage interview process: Phone screen, video interview, then an in-person interview. The phone screen was done by an HR employee, then the video interview was with a branch engineer and the in-person was with the CEO and a lead engineer.

What background do you have that would benefit you in this job?
The interview process was fairly easy with an initial HR phone call asking about backgrounds. They were very welcoming over the phone and easy to talk to.
Cons: the follow up process could have been better
