After I applied online. I was emailed a day later saying that I need to take an assessment. It took about 15-20 min to complete. Mostly situational questions like how would you handle a customer that's been bounced around from call to call.
After the assessment I got an email saying I passed and to schedule a phone interview, which had a link to a scheduling set up.
A national HR person called me and basically we went thru my work history then I answered STAR questions.
We returned to my work history and kept asking me about salary. I told her how much I made and in disbelief she said only managers make that much. Since it was a phone interview I thought to myself really? So, I even checked glassdoor! And she was way wrong! $40k for a student pharmacy intern is not $67k for a Walgreens store manager! She said I have been doing this for 18 years and never came across that... that turned me off from the job. I definitely didn't make up how much I made so she called me a liar. She also didn't believe I could type 70 words per minute! All through high school and college I edited and did data entry from home... by this point I didn't want the job. I'm honest, if you can't respect honestly then I don't need to be associated with this company. And a terrible representation of the company. I called her and emailed after to get feedback. Guess she was too busy with all her 18 years. But I'm not bitter

I have not completed the process yet but, first was an online assessment, then if you 'pass' you are moved on to a HireVue video interview which takes about 30 minutes with 8 questions.

Met the minimum requirements, then I got a link to the four part assessment. Once I passed the assessment, almost right away I got an invite to a HireVue interview. Finally, I got to interview with real people.

Tell me about a time when you had to deal with a difficult customer.
It was a fairly lengthly process which involved the application, an assessment, pre-recorded one way interview, and a live virtual interview. Asked behavior-based STAR questions. It was extensive with at least 10 questions.
