I think the interview process is not the greatest, especially for internal employees. I believe when you have been with a employer for 5 years or more, should not have to have more than 2 interviews.

3 interviews total, 1 recorded of yourself answering questions the have for you. 2nd is with someone and 3rd is also with a manager then talking about next steps. It was more intense than I thought.

Very impersonal and did not get to speak to someone in person everything was video recorded. It took a long time for them to finally decline my video interview. That's it
