Entrevista
1. Applied online roughly 5-6 weeks ago
2. Received email 4 weeks after applying, confirming my application passed the initial review and to take an assessment online at my earliest convenience.
(The assessment takes about 45 min. You have about 2 hours to complete the assessment. The assessment is thorough, but fairly easy)
3. Although it stated that I would receive my results within a few days, it took 1 week to receive an email requesting a phone interview (I never received specific results on the test that were mentioned, but I assumed I passed since I moved forward with the next step.
4. The email requested that I set up a phone interview through a link attached to the email (the link that pulls up allows you to choose from available dates/times to schedule within the next week to a week and a half)
5. I scheduled the phone interview for today and the lady I spoke with was extremely welcoming and encouraging and definitely puts you at ease (not all are like this so it was enjoyable to speak with her)
6. The interview lasted 53 minutes. The beginning of the call was the recruiter explaining that she would be providing some information about the position/company/salary, then mentioned she would ask some behavioral based questions (She asked 5 S.T.A.R. questions), and then she would allow time for me to ask some questions as well.
7. The interview was a relaxed feel, although it still required structured and detailed responses in the S.T.A.R. format. I was told I would know by Monday afternoon either way. My best advice is to gather details, not just examples and simply structure your responses in the S.T.A.R. format and everything should go smoothly. I feel I shouldve given more detail and structure in my responses but for the next person, make sure you provide them with that.

Met the minimum requirements, then I got a link to the four part assessment. Once I passed the assessment, almost right away I got an invite to a HireVue interview. Finally, I got to interview with real people.

It was a fairly lengthly process which involved the application, an assessment, pre-recorded one way interview, and a live virtual interview. Asked behavior-based STAR questions. It was extensive with at least 10 questions.

Entrevista
The interview process is extensive, there are several levels after applying for the position. Initially there are several questions to answer followed by a video interview with Behavioral questions to be answered in their STAR format (Situation, Task, Action, Result) followed by the following interview with an actual manager. This interview was also answering additional behavioral questions in the STAR format and answering several other questions. After all was said and done. I received an e-mail informing me they went a different direction.
