Entrevista
Was a very painless process. Did a few things online and provided a bit of information for a background check PRIOR to the interview (basically confirming that you work where you say you work and how long you have worked there). Interview was very pleasant and enjoyed the 2 management individuals I interviewed with. I received an offer 4 days after the interview (interviewed on a Thursday afternoon, received an offer Tuesday afternoon).

Met the minimum requirements, then I got a link to the four part assessment. Once I passed the assessment, almost right away I got an invite to a HireVue interview. Finally, I got to interview with real people.

Tell me about a time when you had to deal with a difficult customer.
It was a fairly lengthly process which involved the application, an assessment, pre-recorded one way interview, and a live virtual interview. Asked behavior-based STAR questions. It was extensive with at least 10 questions.

Entrevista
The interview process is extensive, there are several levels after applying for the position. Initially there are several questions to answer followed by a video interview with Behavioral questions to be answered in their STAR format (Situation, Task, Action, Result) followed by the following interview with an actual manager. This interview was also answering additional behavioral questions in the STAR format and answering several other questions. After all was said and done. I received an e-mail informing me they went a different direction.
