Entrevista
We had 3 hour long interviews with breaks in between. Each interview we were asked to answer in the "STAR" format (situation/task, action, result). During the 2 day interview process we also got a tour of the office and got to ask questions to a panel of employees.

Entrevista
It was a 2 hour interview. There were 2 rounds, only asked behavioral questions. Expected us to follow the STAR method to answer the behavioral questions. Sticking to the STAR method will be very useful to crack the Interview.

Tell about an experience where you had to deal with a conflict in a group project?
3 stages, each was with an IT manager. Very behavioral based questions. There was a meet and greet the night before the final interviews that was great! Overall a great interview experience.
