The hiring process for any position at progressive is very intense. You go thru multiple interviews. You will have a test online that you will have to take and if you pass that then you move on to the phone interview, pass that, you go on to the face to face interview.

Process was pretty good. Progressive Insurance interview questions are based on the Targeted Selection model (behavior-based questions) developed by DDI. These questions give us a sneak peek into how you work and implement your skills and abilities. The school of thought here is that past behavior can predict future behavior.

Interviewer was very easy to speak with and a 30 minute interview turned into an 1 .25 hour, ending with an offer contingent on background check report. Started by reviewing work history and relevant skills for position, followed by two behavioral interview questions

After submitting application and completing the questionnaire was scheduled for phone interview within a week. Following week received notification about in person interview.
Interviewed following week. I felt it was intense with multiple STAR questions . Prepare prepare prepare!!
