Personality Test about the week after applying. Phone interview followed by in person interview. Received phone call with an offer the same day. Entire process took about three to four weeks.

Very very difficult. They are vey exacting you must know all of your info and be very direct. The process is very short and brief so if you make a mistake your out.
First interview invitation is pre-recorded questions and you record your answers in the STAR format. I suggest researching STAR and jotting down some prior scenarios about overcoming difficulties, etc. before starting the interview to be better prepared
Longest process I’ve gone through but they only hire 2% of applicants! It took 4 months to get to my official start date. 3 interviews, which were a little intense but it’s smooth sailing from there

A lot of scenarios they use the STAR process I believe but if you’re a good sales person and have experience the answers will come naturally
