Entrevista
Applied online, was contacted by a college recruiter, set up a time for a phone interview. The phone interview lasted about 30 minutes and consisted of 4 or 5 behavioral type questions that you should answer in the S.T.A.R format. Was told at the end of the phone interview that I was going to be recommended to the next phase in the interview process which was a 1:1 interview. Was contacted by my recruiter again to set up an interview time. The 1:1 interview consisted of 8 behavioral type questions and some time for me to ask questions. It was about 1.5 hours long. Its supposed to be relaxed and conversational but the interviewer writes down what you say so you're speaking most of the time. Was called by my recruiter about 3 weeks later and was told that my interview went very well but the position was available now and since I am not graduating until May, they were not sure if they were able to offer me a position. I was told I was going to hear back from the interviewer who is the branch manager, but have not heard back. I sent an email to the interviewer/branch manager and received no response.

Met the minimum requirements, then I got a link to the four part assessment. Once I passed the assessment, almost right away I got an invite to a HireVue interview. Finally, I got to interview with real people.

Tell me about a time when you had to deal with a difficult customer.
It was a fairly lengthly process which involved the application, an assessment, pre-recorded one way interview, and a live virtual interview. Asked behavior-based STAR questions. It was extensive with at least 10 questions.

Entrevista
The interview process is extensive, there are several levels after applying for the position. Initially there are several questions to answer followed by a video interview with Behavioral questions to be answered in their STAR format (Situation, Task, Action, Result) followed by the following interview with an actual manager. This interview was also answering additional behavioral questions in the STAR format and answering several other questions. After all was said and done. I received an e-mail informing me they went a different direction.
