Pretty rigorous interview process - almost TOO long. First a phone interview screening, then the online personality/skills test, and finally the marathon session of in-person interviews (4 total). Everyone came very prepared with notes and had specific things they were looking for (one for fit, one for technical skills, one for ability to articulate findings, etc.) I found myself repeating my stories and answers a bit too much but I have to say it was the most thorough process I have been a part of. However, because they were so prepared, I had very little time to ask my own questions and I was hesitant to do so to avoid delaying the process any more. Everyone conducted him/herself very professionally and was easy to relate to (for the most part).

This was an internal promotion. I had to interview with 3 different managers. Each interview lasted about an hour. Most of the questions were Targeted Selection.
