After reading other reviews, I agree the process is very long. Right now I am currently waiting on a decision as I was told I would hear something 10 business days after interview. The company has a lot to offer in benefits and advancement opportunities. During the interview, the manager was very nice and laid back. The interview was pretty laid back and the made me feel less tense. The questions consist of background (about yourself) and then goes into STAR (Situation Task Action Result) type questions. Recommend to take your time, think of the question, and answer if in the STAR format. Which for me was kind of hard because thinking of a situation that applies to the question and then trying to answer it in the special format without rambling.

I have not completed the process yet but, first was an online assessment, then if you 'pass' you are moved on to a HireVue video interview which takes about 30 minutes with 8 questions. After the recorded interview, I received an email to schedule another online interview but live with the leadership team.

I applied and was sent an email to complete a 30 minute assessment that must be completed within 6 days. I completed the assessment about 2 hours after receiving the email. Within about 30 minutes of completing the assessment I received an email stating I was selected for a short video interview as soon as possible and submissions are reviewed in the order in which they are received. This is how far I am in the process so far.
