During the interviews, phone and face to face, you are required to answer situational questions using the STAR format. The interviews took approximately 45 minutes. To prepare for the STAR format questions think about your past work situations and be prepared to talk about those situations in detail. They will ask you further clarifying questions if you don't give enough detail. I found that it was easy to describe the situation/task and actions but by time I gave all the details I would almost forget to describe the results. During the phone and face to face interviews they did explain how to answer in the format that they wanted and let you know when they were beginning to ask those questions.

I applied and was sent an email to complete a 30 minute assessment that must be completed within 6 days. I completed the assessment about 2 hours after receiving the email. Within about 30 minutes of completing the assessment I received an email stating I was selected for a short video interview as soon as possible and submissions are reviewed in the order in which they are received. This is how far I am in the process so far.

In the assessment they asked more likely style type of questions and behavioral questions. Some parts of the assessment are timed.

Met the minimum requirements, then I got a link to the four part assessment. Once I passed the assessment, almost right away I got an invite to a HireVue interview. Finally, I got to interview with real people.

Tell me about a time when you had to deal with a difficult customer.
It was a fairly lengthly process which involved the application, an assessment, pre-recorded one way interview, and a live virtual interview. Asked behavior-based STAR questions. It was extensive with at least 10 questions.
