The interview process is very thorough. The online assessment was easy enough, just some basic knowledge, logic questions, and a little personality gauges sprinkled on top.
The Phone interview I assume went well as they moved forward with my application. It was a situational interview. Stick to the STAR method and be honest.
The background check went smoothly as far as I know. Hireright processed it and sent it back in 3 days or so.
BUT... This is were the communication has stopped....
I was very excited to move forward but, it seems as if the process has halted without any kind on communication.
Will update as/if more information comes available.

I applied and was sent an email to complete a 30 minute assessment that must be completed within 6 days. I completed the assessment about 2 hours after receiving the email. Within about 30 minutes of completing the assessment I received an email stating I was selected for a short video interview as soon as possible and submissions are reviewed in the order in which they are received. This is how far I am in the process so far.

In the assessment they asked more likely style type of questions and behavioral questions. Some parts of the assessment are timed.

I have not completed the process yet but, first was an online assessment, then if you 'pass' you are moved on to a HireVue video interview which takes about 30 minutes with 8 questions.

Met the minimum requirements, then I got a link to the four part assessment. Once I passed the assessment, almost right away I got an invite to a HireVue interview. Finally, I got to interview with real people.
