After the skills assessment, you schedule a time for a phone interview. You get an email confirmation & it gave a link to prepare for the STAR questions that they will ask. However, it took you to the page that talks about the type of questions that might be asked. It should take you to the Progressive Career page that also hints you may want to do some research about the company itself, since they will ask you that as well. I was not prepared for that. They don't want canned answers. Of course, the questions they asked, I didn't have a response in my current employment to use as an answer and you aren't allowed to answer how you might handle it. I get the point. But, just because that is how you handled a situation doesn't mean you can't learn/grow and handle a situation better. Plus, if you are trying to advance & haven't had a situation previously, doesn't mean you aren't qualified. Based on my experience & doing well on the assessment test, I wish I had the opportunity to advance to the face to face interview.

Name a time you had a deadline for a project that you might not be able to meet. What was the deadline for and how did you handle it?

I applied and was sent an email to complete a 30 minute assessment that must be completed within 6 days. I completed the assessment about 2 hours after receiving the email. Within about 30 minutes of completing the assessment I received an email stating I was selected for a short video interview as soon as possible and submissions are reviewed in the order in which they are received. This is how far I am in the process so far.

In the assessment they asked more likely style type of questions and behavioral questions. Some parts of the assessment are timed.

I have not completed the process yet but, first was an online assessment, then if you 'pass' you are moved on to a HireVue video interview which takes about 30 minutes with 8 questions.

4. Think about a time when you need to learn something new in order to accomplish a task at work or during college, please describe the situation your actions and the outcome

Met the minimum requirements, then I got a link to the four part assessment. Once I passed the assessment, almost right away I got an invite to a HireVue interview. Finally, I got to interview with real people.
