A Frustrating and Disrespectful Recruitment Process
The process starts off well, giving the impression of a genuine hiring effort. The initial interview with a recruiter is followed by a second interview with a team member. However, after that, complete silence. Follow-ups via email—whether to the recruiter or the interviewers—are ignored.
A disappointing and disrespectful approach to recruitment.
The difficulty level was average and it was more on your practical knowledge and exposure about the industry and your field. There were multiple rounds of interview before the offer letter.
