Started quick with an immediate Zoom inevitable with HR and a director. Was quickly invited to an in person interview with the CEO and VP of Marketing. The in person experience was.... interesting. I walked into the room and another candidate was getting up to leave, so that was awkward. Then they couldn't get the tech to work, cutting into my interview 15 minutes. The CEO didn't ask me anything, and instead left in the middle to grab coffee, came back in, then left again shortly after for another meeting. I guess there was a hard stop and they rushed me out, even though we got a late start. It felt very disrespectful altogether, even though I enjoyed my conversation with the VP.
