One of the most peculiar interviews I've ever done. I did a first round with the senior leadership and this person barely allowed me to speak. They did a live read through of my LinkedIn profile, and instead of allowing me to speak and explain my experiences, they would make assumptions and move on. When speaking about salary, they said it was below what they paid their canadian employers but that "it was more than enough" for the country that I come from. Nice way to let me know they were just looking for cheap international labour.
