Entrevista
The interview was divided between an online assessment that you had to pass to get into the next phase of 3 interviews. The assessment had absolutely nothing to do with your professional experience and I do not think it is a good way to assess which candidates are best suited for the job. Then after the assessment is passed, you have 3 interviews with random people from the company who ask the same questions, which are all hypothetical and quite general. Again, nothing about your past professional experience is assessed or discussed.

Entrevista
Had one screening call with a person from the talent team. After that, had to complete an online assessment (including numerical, experience and psychometric questions). After that had two more online interviews, including one with the hiring manager and another one with a very senior level individual (GM). Last step was a in-person interview with HR.

They do a lot of test and then one interview with HR with STAR questions. You need to prepare to answer how they want you to. I didnt get to the second interview
