After the assessment the candidate go through three 1 to 1 interviews with directors (band 3) through which they focus on your experience through behavioral and situational questions. They dig deeper and focus on details on the candidate's answers. Always follow CAR (Case, Actin, Results) format when answering quesitons.

If you work in a project and the timeline got cut by x%, what is the course of actions that you are going to take? What will you do if you need extra resources?
If there is a project launch that shall be postponed due to a miss in manufacturing spare parts, considering that customers prepared booths for the campaign, billboards and ads. What will be the course of actions you are going to take?
Interesting. They ask multiple questions to assess your character and make sure that you fit for the role. They expect your responses to be in STAR method. The interview process conseists of three interviews
1) Tests cognitifs (mémoire, rapidité, reflexion) et de personnalité au travail (comportements face à certaines situation)
2) 1er entretien vidéo avec un Supply chain leader
3) 2ème entretien vidéo avec 2 personnes (Senior et manager)

Exemple : tell me about a time you showed leadership, a time you did something wrong,...
Il faut répondre avec la méthode STAR donc exmpliquer le contexte de la situation, les actions entreprises et à la fin le résultat
Very behavioral. More focused on how you'd be a fit at the company, instead of how you'd be a fit in that specific role. Lots of "tell me about a time/project when ..." and answer using the CAR method.
