The interview was part of a one week leadership seminar in P&G's Information & Decision Solutions department, which is part of the GBS (Global Business Services) Unit. It consisted of hearing all about P&G and several employees' experiences from interns, new-hires, managers, directors and VP's of the company. During this time the team of seminar participants also had to work on a case study that was presented to the seminar sponsors at the end of the week. Then all of the participants took a skills/intelligence test and had behavior based and technical interviews 1:1 and over the phone.
