It might even favor some candidates more then others through getting more time per question. Personality test: The general questions on leadership, teamwork, etc. Numerical: Similar style to the practice quiz they offer on their website but considerably more difficult. You need to do the numerical quiz again on paper if you get on and that quiz is very similar to the online one. Sometimes even the same questions are used so make sure you practice and think about them in the meantime. Competency interview: Makes sure you have PLENTY of situation examples. You are always asked to back up your statements with a situation from your life so give this a good think beforehand. 2 interviewers, both were friendly and open so it was a comfortable interview.
